Rotten Apple

I have bad attitude.

I don't like it when I am carrying back-pack or sling bag, then, somebody come near and say, "Oh, great! You bring a bag, can I put my phone/purse/camera/powder or whatsoever in your bag?"

I do not like it.

It may sounds weird but I kinda have a specific mass I want to carry in my bag. The bag may look empty, but it is the way how I want it to be. When you want to put your belongings in my bag, it will add the mass in my bag and surpasses the exact loads that I want to carry.

Yeah, sometimes I just don't bother about it and said, "Why not" but most of the time I do care.

Dear Medics

I'm having  fever right now. Seems logic as the rainy days kept me in the blanket all the time. But the sun starts to rise and Kota Bharu has return to its normal temperature. Hot. So basically the changing of weather has make my immune system kinda confused. Hopefully not for long. Finishing The Big Bang Theory season 5 marathon back to back.

Recently I had been buying some items which I myself was unsure about the need of them. Cute sweater blue in color, fingerless gloves, 3 rolls of mix chiffon for my knitting project, new sandals *yeay me!, pairs of socks, cotton bracelets, a silver ring, t-shirts and pants. Sounds like I spent a lot. Yes I was. Shopping had been a therapy for me, which was not a very economy-therapy-friendly. However, I felt the joy of possessing all of the stuffs.

I was having a nightmare the other night. And I couldn't barely even spill it here, because it was very sad, and I crossed my fingers, nauzubillah, for it to be happened. Then, I left my bed and went downstairs straight to the kitchen to find my umi. Unfortunately I couldn't find her as she had a meeting at the school. What comforted me was  a bowl of coco crunch cereal with cold full cream dutch lady's milk. Yes, called it as breakfast. It just reminded me of my childhood. I was a girl, eating the cereals with no worry in her head. Go out and play with the neighbor in the evening. Having a fairytale dream of studying oversea and meet my prince charming who was British, Greg Sulkin most of the time, and soon become a cool doctor who always smile and treats the patients gently. Oh yeah, believe me, that dream was my childhood fairytale-like story that I wish to think of, except for Gregg Sulkin part. Freaky huh? I was four years old at that moment when I decided to become a doctor. People said everyone has their childhood ambition which turns out later the ambition change. Not in my case. As I grew up, the dream seems clearer and nearer. I wouldn't change it for anything. Although, after leaving school, people kept saying that "Drop it. Medic is way too hard to handle." "Less scholarships for medic" "If you do not get A+ for Bio, forget medic" and bla bla.. And it didn't stop there. In college, there were frequent reminders that the places for medic students are limited and it is not easy to enter the medical school. Some make it and some do not. I do not know about other people but that kind of words hurt and do not bring "we" up. Even some of my friends in college were changing their course. It was disheartening listened to your friends saying "There is no hope for me" "I'm not going to make it anyway" And I could say that I hate it. I mean, who are we to crush people's dreams. If you can't say any comforting words, just listen to them, avoid discouraging.
(whoever being discouraging, you are blacklisted. Well, I already have few on my list)

Free to dream

I understand how it's like to fail. I fail lots of time. And I'm grateful that I was surrounded by some people who always see the positive in the negative. They always hold my hands when I'm about to sink like RMS Titanic on 1912. They are like eveready batteries when I'm out of chemical energy. They illuminate my path like charmander's tail in the cave when I lost my torchlight. How's that for metaphors? Huh? Huh?

What I'm trying to say is, Do not stop dreaming. But to realising the dreams, you have to say "Action!" Ignore all those negatives thought from yourself and other people. No one believe you more than you do. There is no NO when you say YES (besides Allah of course) And pretty please, reminder, note to myself as well, always always seek for His help. He wouldn't accept the prayer from those who do not truthfully pray to HIM (yakni orang-orang yang lalai) Other than that, He the Most Giving. I experienced it, and I want all of us do.

Mariah Carey once said, "There's a hero if you look inside your heart" which means we are actually so tabah. No matter how much Carly Rae said, "And this is crazy", we still can make it possible! Dan jangan percaya bila Demi Lovato berpesan, "Sometimes you wish you'll be fine by yourself", sebab we need friends. A good friend is a friend who prays for you without you knowing it. And that's why Stevie Wonder said, "That's what friends are for".

Whoever yang tengah, dalam proses, atau bermimpi-jadi-kenyataan berkecimpung as Medic students, I wish you with all my heart, all the best! May we'll be blessed!

*HIGH FIVE!

Wishing Stars

Status: Leaving to Shah Alam tomorrow morning. I am planning to go to the well-known "BigBadWolf Booksale' on Wednesday. Hopefully with the road guide I received from Faris and Sol, I safely arrive at the destination.

Alhamdulillah. Finally an interview offer. I was so excited although it is not yet a conditional offer. I screamed (in a good way) and shouting for my Mom once I read the email. Alhamdulillah, Alhamdulillah, Alhamdulillah. Rezeki Jumaat lalu..

Allah always has plans for you.
Do not lose Faith.

16:14
"And it is He who subjected the sea for you  to it from it tender meat and to extract from it ornaments which you wear. And you see the ships plowing through it, and (He subjected it) that you may seek for His bounty; and perhaps you will be grateful."

I would like to give a shout-out to Jida as she was the first person to know about this. (of-course after my parents) And I want to congratulate her as she had done excellently for her Glasgow interview.

"Syukur bukan dilafazkan dengan kalimah sahaja, ia turut serta dengan perbuatan."

Pray for me on getting a place in a medical school. =')
Thank you.
May Allah bless.

From Vietnam

Status: I am watching cerita Hindustan at tv2 right now. Pagi tadi baru balik daripada rumah Kak Fiqah. Alhamdulillah, best dapat study+stay up dengan Amni studying Chemistry. ^^
Music: One More Night by Maroon 5

Malam ni aktiviti bebas telah berlansung as my dad, siblings and I went window-shopping at the mall. and we had our delicious dinner which were seafood takoyaki. I bought new casing for my samsung S2. Yess! And not to mention, I also bought cute-spider-earrings. Adakah semangat Sapphire mula menular?

Recently, to be exact, last week, I went to Vietnam together with Abah, Umi, Abangman and Kakyong family. It was kind of random pon sebenarnya, because one day, my abah asked, "Fa, nak gi Vietnam?" and my answer was, "Bulih jah." And we went there for 4 days, we departed from Malaysia on 29th Nov. The journey on the flight was quite kejap jer. After 2 hours journey, we arrived at Saigon International Airport. Now they called Saigon as Ho Chi Minh city. There was a tourist guide who is a local Vietnam guy already waiting for us outside the airport. We went there under the management from Al-Qudd travel agent, together with my family, there were 42 people from Malaysia altogether. So, it was kinda fun and chaotic!

I naik Air France uollsss! Mewah giler! (lawak mintak pelempang)
Baru nak landed.

Perjalanan ke hotel was quite fun. I do not missed to watch the scenery of Vietnam throughout the bus window. If you haven't been yet to Vietnam, this is one of the info that I would like to share. The majority of the people there chose  motorcycles as their main transportation. You will hardly see any car on the road whilst the number of motorcycles were enormous!

So, we checked-in at Hoang Gia Huy Hotel. The hotel was rated 3 stars but I think it was splendid and beautiful! On the first day, we went to a historical place named Chu Chii Tunnel. I didn't quite remember the sequence of the history but it was built during the war between Vietnam and US. The tunnel was the shelter and hiding spot for the vietnamese. We were having lunch at Restaurant Sri Penang which prepared halal-Malaysian cuisines. Our tourist guide name is Alex. He said, the restaurant before was chose as the one of the halal restaurant in Rasa Halal Vietnam hosted by Farah Anuar. The meals were delicious like seriously sodapp! At night, we walked to the night market which was not far from our hotel. Surveying items and prices as there were lots of the same things sold at different places. Therefore, we have to be smart. My brother and I learnt quickly about the rate and currency, because most of the time we probably will use the local money and US dollar.
Jln masuk ke Chu chii Tunnel. Kecik giler lubang tuu.
Askar tu bajet cute. Huh.
Rasa halal Vietnam! Yum!
On the second day, we went to Muslim Village. The Village was quite isolated and small. There was a small mosque in the middle of the village for the muslims to solat berjemaah and the children to belajar mengaji. Alang-alang dah pergi Muslim Village, we dropped by at a house selling loads of handmade-telekung and baju kurung. The telekung was very pretty, I bought one for myself and 2 pasang baju kurung. Hehehe... For  the telekung to be only RM 50 each, it considered as very cheap.
Masjid dekat Muslim Village

The fun was added to the trip as we were taken taken to Mekong River to enjoy a speed-boat ride and sampan ride. I enjoyed watching scenic view along the river. Weolls kemudiannya singgah di pulau across the main land. There, we were able to watch the local people processing coconut candy. My eyes caught a glimpse of a beautiful shoulder bag! Only 10 USD, I quickly grabbed two bags for my sister and I. Sooo baik of me. =P Then we singgah dekat kedai-kampung-style-looked, to enjoy our honey-tea and they even have performance. It was very lucuuu to hear they sang traditional malay songs for us, they sounded like melayu-siam. But nice effort weh! The joy was felt again when I had a chance to enjoy sampan ride by local people. They were so poor that most of the villagers earned money by mendayung sampan for the tourist saban hari. Some of them were pretty ladies and strong men. If they want, they can become actors or actresses. We tipped them by 30000 Viet Dong.
View from the boat
Ntah pape laa dorang jual ni. Snap jer.
We olls beratur dengan gigihnya sbb nak naek sampan
Sampan telah didayung. Dalam perjalanan nak gi restoran
halal.

Then again, the night market and the pasar-liked market that I forgot the name. They were sorgaa for tourists who adore shopping. My mom was included. Basically, we bought souvenirs for our family and friends back in Malaysia. My mom bought kain-sutera Vietnam, hand-made shoes and t-shirts. What I bought? Hehehe,,, I bought for myself a pair of converse shoes after bargaining, sold by only 12 USD! Other than that, keychains, girly-hat (mengada gila) and hard-rock cafe t-shirt. Sumpah klu pandai bargaining, memang dapat lowest price lahh! Weolls balik on 2nd Dec.
Hah, ni dia tempat I shopping.

There lots of pretty clothes there. Winter-wear pon murah, there was a place called Russian Mall. My brother bought leather wallet there. So, sesapa nak shopping bagai nak rak, pegi laa Vietnam! Korang mesti lebih baggage nyer weight kat airport. Haha~

Conclusion, pegi Vietnam best! Lagi best sebab pegi dengan family. I was blessed. I am a happy kid. Alhamdulillah. Kuddos

Tard Dans La Nuit

Bismillah..

Status: My 'day' started at 12 am and above. And now is 3.05 am but I am like a little kid who just woke up from bed and ready to play.
Music: Every You and Every Me by Placebo

Watch Merlin season 5 just now, I was a bit confused, why was Gwen want to kill Arthur? And why was she suddenly closed to Morgana? Was Elyan dead already? Arghhh,, all of the questions are kind of disturbing me. I knew that I had missed some of the episodes but being this clueless made me want to google it and watch all the previous episodes. Huh.

And before that I watched the finale of The Amazing Race season 21. It again disappointed me as I was hoping that the Chippendale guys to win it and the very least hope to be that the goat farmers win. And yes, they won.

HAH. No more team Adam! The Voice season 3 had announced their Top 4. Unfortunately Melanie and Amanda Brown had been eliminated. I was never a fan of them actually, I just love Adam Levine. haha. Then, my final choice will be either Cassadee Pope or Trevin Hunte. Let Shelton and Cee Lo fight to their death. I am okay with any possibility.

Well, the actual reason for this posts is to talk about my nephew is coming tomorrow. DANISH! Yeah, I have to babysit him while her mom aka my sister have to practice for her bowling tournament. The last time I babysat him, he sat on my back while I was laying on the carpet, surfing the internet, then he put his toy-airplane on my hair. That toy has a spinning-wheel and it pulled my hair. It turned out that I had to scream for help and ask my younger sister to get a pair of scissors to cut my hair. And what Danish dis was laughing so hard without any quilt that he forgot that her mom was not there anymore. That is the reason why i love babysitting so much.  You will never know what adventurous moment that you'll endure.

Danish. Trouble is a friend.
So bored now. Finished watching The Wizards of Waverly Place. Gotta go. Kinetics is waiting.
Till then, au revoir.

Ohoi weyh!

Status: Seisi keluarga tengok match bola Malaysia lawan Siam Thai.
Music: Creep by Radiohead

Ow yess, tajuk ala-ala nak menyeru seantero rakyat Malaysia kan? haha~
Dah lama rasanya tak update blog sebab hati sentiasa tak gembira. People said, if u want to write things, be happy first! Because you will not end up write unpleasant things for the readers. So, semenjak dua menjak ni, I am not very happy. Why? Tak moh cakap, nanti spoil mood.

Well, the reason why I am writing this, because my besties-who-was-my-deskmate-in-school came to visit me at my house this morning! I was very excited. Imah is coming!!! Hehe.. I missed her so much, and for your information she is now a first year medical student at Royal College of Medicine Perak (RCMP), hah, ala2 RCSI gitu.. Jelous2, as she already started her journey as a medical student but at the same time I am a proud-happy kawan. She brought me fruits. Eheh.. We talked for hours, about life, about the updates of our classmates and etc... Basically our gambo cant be uploaded here because I used my camera's phone, therefore I am too lazy to connect the phone to this lappy, for highly enthusiastic enough people who want to see my Imah, you can go to my instagram page.

Arghhh, sesungguhnya cabaran paling besar adalah cabaran masa lapang.

Bismillah..

By time,
103:2

Indeed, mankind is in loss,

And for that reason and for the vow that I already made to make this holiday is a productive one for me, I had make an alliance with Amni to study Chemistry together. Tomorrow, our tutor whom we imported from University of Liverpool, degree in Chemistry, sponsored by KPM, our beloved Kak Fiqah, will fetch me at my house and Amni from the bus station to go to her house. Hah. nampak tak berdaulatnya kitorang siap tutor plak yang datang jemput, eheh. InsyaAllah we'll be spending our nights at her house. May Allah eases everything and purify our niat. Amin...

p/s: I will be going to BigBadWolf booksale at The Mines next weekend people! Sila jeles! hahaha
